Ultimate QC live well assurance

Where the plan says you are.
Where the bit actually is.

Ultimate QC receives your rig's surveys over standard WITSML and verifies every station the moment it lands — distance off plan, build and turn rates, field QC gates, anti-collision separation. Live, in the browser, while the well is still being drilled.

The sag check is free and needs no account: type or upload your BHA tally, get the stiff-string FE inclination correction in seconds. Ten free engineering calculators — from TFA & jets to casing burst, MAASP and cement volumes. Learn the theory: anti-collision and BHA sag, both explained with the formulas.

every station is checked as it lands: distance to plan → WARN at 8 m → ALARM at 15 m → the advisory dogleg that steers back. This is a looping simulation — the real thing runs live here.

Plan tracker

Plan vs actual as it happens: distance off plan at every station, the at-bit trend between stations, and the dogleg that steers you back — before the next connection.

QC on arrival

Gravity, magnetic field and dip gates on the raw sensors, plus two independent calculation engines cross-checking every position. A bad station is held and shown, never buried.

Anti-collision

Separation factor against offset wells, recomputed per station, with a plain-words stop / build / turn advisory when the picture tightens.

Audit on demand

The full evidence-graded survey audit report — the one you attach to the end-of-well package — one click from the live well, built from the data as received.

Connecting is boring, on purpose. Whatever already collects your rig data — Kongsberg SiteCom, Petrolink, Pason, a rig EDR — can push standard WITSML 1.4.1.1 to us, or we pull from your existing WITSML server. Wells, sidetracks and multilaterals land in the right place; positions are refused, not guessed, when the reference frame is unclear. Read the connection guide →
